Output 2: Investment and research
Teaching staffs have limited capacity in the new revised/updated curricula of WASH and CSA. And the research in this area is limited due to challenges associated with laboratories and field work. In addition, there is Lack of cooperation and complementarity between universities and policy making institutions in the field of water and agriculture. In to this context, to develop the investment and research in the field of WASH and CSA; by 2021, all 9 Palestinian universities will be equipped with lab facility(new or upgrade), pilots. And by the end of 2022, 12 projects will be implemented that can enhance the capacity building of staffs in new/updated curriculum, lab facilities/pilot.
